About Me:

My name is Heather,  I have been married for seven years to my wonderful Husband and I am a stay at home mom of a 15 month old little girl. Right now I am currently pregnant with our second baby which is due in May. I  live in Provo Utah and I love it, I always thought I would live in the Salt Lake Valley but you go where life takes you and I love being here now. Even though I reside in Utah I wanted to make sure anyone from any state would find this site to be very useful. I started this site because I felt there needed to be one spot for everything that a stay at home mom or couponer could possibly need. For years I have had to go to many sites to get all of the information I am looking for. One day it just hit me "why can't there be a site that has everything?" So now there is Mamas Spot!

I have only been couponing for a little over a  year and I love it! I only wish I had been couponing my whole life. I wasn't sure if couponing would be for me at first and I had a hard time believing that you could possibly save that much money, but in just one month a was able to take our food budget from $250 a month to $80 a month! After the first month of couponing I was sold and every month since then I am shocked at all the great deals out there.  If you are just beginning to think about couponing or if you are an expert couponer  hopefully this site can help you out and make your life easier.

As a mother I know how hard it can be to find a good Doctor; I want to be able to help all mothers no matter what insurance you have to be able to find the perfect Doctor.  Under the health tab you will find  a list of doctors and all the information you could possibly need about them including references and pro's and con's. You will also find a doctors tip of the day and advice on many subjects from: Dr.

One thing that I am very exited about on this site is the coupon trader. I have used many coupon traders in the past but I haven't been able to find an well organized or easy to use site. I have worked very hard on the coupon trader  to make it easy to use and understand.
